We checked in late at night very tired we didn’t have a prior booking but Umesh front desk supervisor Swarnava Duty manager helped us so well understood us and treated us well. Great experience and would love to have a lovely stay here. Not only this the room are very clean, and cozy

How a hotel changes in 2 months- same staff, but a dramatic deterioration in quality. I wrote a 5 star review for this place some months back - and that after frequent stays with consistent service standards. Just checked out and must say that the stay this time round was a disaster. Other than the welcome calls pre check in, pretty much everything was sad. Check in took time despite there being no other guest to be serviced. Was asked if I preferred a king bed, which I do. And was given a twin bed. Asked if I preferred a room close to the elevator. I said yes, and was given one farthest from the elevator. The room was bad with torn bedsheets, a torn sofa and a horribly stinky washroom. Almost felt as if there was a dead rodent somewhere in the drainage. Food and room service was good as it has been always, until they sent readymade tea with burnt milk today. Checkout was a total disaster - the team was least interested in moving forward and took ages to print an invoice so that I could sign. Requested for a soft copy to sent to my mail address (to avoid another 15 minutes of priniting time) ,and am still waiting. Really sad to see a nice hotel going down. Will think twice now of coning back. The only reason the review is 2 stars is because of the excellent in room delivery team they have.

Stayed in this nice hotel for around 8-9 days . Of course cannot be compared to the main Radisson brand but still it was a nice stay with good service. Some rooms were bit dark without sunlight but upon request , they immediately changes us to better rooms . The breakfast buffet was extravagant alongside the swimming pool. The location is pretty good located a peaceful place.

Visited the One Atria Cafe many times. Excellent service. Great options for both Veg and Non Veg. Great efforts by the staff - special mention to Abdul for guiding me throughout my experience at Radisson Blu Atria. Recommended to all in and out of Bangalore.
